How it works
- Free discovery call and audit (20–40 minutes). We find what costs time and money and whether a custom build is right.
- Plan, free mockup and fixed price. A second call a day or two later. Payment is made after the mockup, before the build.
- Build, connect and review. A working preview link and periodic reviews.
- Handoff and ownership. Code, live system, data and documentation are the client's. Optional ongoing support.

- Hosting: about $50 a month
- AI usage: about $20 to $100 a month, only if the build uses AI
- Optional monthly support plan for changes after handoff
Honest limits
- Not a giant all-in-one platform like HubSpot. Each build does the jobs a business needs.
- When AI reads messy documents, a person checks the result before anything is sent.
- Money calculations use normal code, never AI.
